Return and Refund Policy

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage to the products. The unboxing video should show the parcel all around 360° and then the video should be with no edits and trim in between.

To accept returns, ensure that the product is in original condition, untampered with all original packaging including the boxes.

Once your product for return is received, allow 7 business days for the refunds to be credited back to your bank.

We have a 2 Day Return policy, which means you have 2 DAYS from the date of delivery to request an order return.

Any kind of complaints will not be entertained without an unboxing video.

Ensure you provide accurate delivery address, specifically PINCODE and contact number. In case of a delivery returned back to us as a result of incorrect or insufficient address, you are required to pay for the shipping charges again.

Cancellation Policy:
Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
